Granting Guidelines

The Sister Fund does not accept unsolici
ted proposals.

Consideration for grants is by invitation only. However, if you can answer “yes” to BOTH of the above questions, and have verified that you do NOT fall into the categories for disqualification below, please send a one-page introductory letter on your organization and its work to our Director of Grants and Communications at: The Sister Fund / 79 Fifth Ave. floor 4 / New York, NY 10003.

Is your work led by women and focused on women and/or girls?

Is your organization or initiative linked with a faith-based organization and/or initiative?

If you are uncertain about how to answer one of these two questions, please take a look at our previous grantees to gain a better understanding of our funding priorities.
