The All Stars Project (ASP) is dedicated to promoting human development through the use of an innovative performance-based model. The ASP creates (outside of school) educational and performing arts activities for thousands of poor and minority young people.

The All Stars Project’s innovative after-school development programs for young people from inner-city communities include: Stars Talent Show Network, The Development School for Youth (DSY), and Youth Onstage! (YO!). They also have a summer leadership and fundraising training program for high-performing college students called Get Organized and Lead (GOAL) Community Organizing and Philanthropy Internship.
